At the start of the week, your leadership talent will receive a short 1:1 coaching session. We clarify current challenges, set clear priorities and develop specific strategies for the week.

Debrefing

At the end of the week, your leadership talent reflects together with me in a 1:1 coaching session. What went well, and what hurdles were there? Together, we will reach a conclusion.

Intensiv-Coaching

This is where you sweat: I guide your leadership talent through intensive 1:1 coaching sessions. We take our time, get to the bottom of things, clarify and experience real “aha” moments.

Training

That's me: Manuel Flessenkaemper

My professional career began as an electrician, followed by twelve years as an aircraft avionics technician in the German Armed Forces, where I gained leadership experience. I then studied theology and have been a leader for over 25 years in various roles as a supervisor, pastor, board member, coach, and trainer. My passion is to support and develop people in companies, organizations, and churches.

Through my work, I am in close contact with entrepreneurs and leaders and know the challenges they face. I am especially passionate about young leaders from Generation Y and Z. I want to help companies and their leaders to be successful together because this has a positive effect on everyone involved.

I am married, have two children, and live near Haiger, Germany. My Christian values shape my work. I am convinced that value-based leadership is crucial for sustainable success. In my coaching, training, and workshops, I help leaders sharpen their style, manage conflict, and become more productive with practical strategies that work.
