That’s me: Manuel Flessenkaemper

My pro­fes­sio­nal care­er began as an elec­tri­ci­an, fol­lo­wed by twel­ve years as an air­craft avio­nics tech­ni­ci­an in the Ger­man Armed Forces, whe­re I gai­ned lea­der­ship expe­ri­ence. I then stu­di­ed theo­lo­gy and have been a lea­der for over 25 years in various roles as a super­vi­sor, pas­tor, board mem­ber, coach, and trai­ner. My pas­si­on is to sup­port and deve­lop peo­p­le in com­pa­nies, orga­niza­ti­ons, and churches.

Through my work, I am in clo­se cont­act with entre­pre­neurs and lea­ders and know the chal­lenges they face. I am espe­ci­al­ly pas­sio­na­te about young lea­ders from Gene­ra­ti­on Y and Z. I want to help com­pa­nies and their lea­ders to be suc­cessful tog­e­ther becau­se this has a posi­ti­ve effect on ever­yo­ne invol­ved.

I am mar­ried, have two child­ren, and live near Hai­ger, Ger­ma­ny. My Chris­ti­an values shape my work. I am con­vin­ced that value-based lea­der­ship is cru­cial for sus­tainable suc­cess.
